For reference, the system offers a complete archive of the history of your requests. A valid email address is required to send and receive notifications. The main way to open a new request is by clicking on the button "Open a new ticket" through the online system of SGB iTech or send email to [email protected], you can check the status of the request by pressing the button "Check Ticket Status"
